蝰蛇毒压电免疫传感器的研制

摘要 采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)科学仪黏附、戊二醛(Glu)交联的方法,将抗蝰蛇毒IgY固定于石英晶体表面,制成蝰蛇毒压电免疫传感器。该传感器用于检测浓度范围为0.5~100ug/mL的蝰蛇毒时,呈线性相关,相关系数为0.962,具有良好的选择性。 The anti-viper venom IgY was immobilized on the electrode surface with the methods of polyethylenimine adhesion and glutaraldehyde cross-lingking. A peizoelecric immunosensor array for the detection of viper venom was developed. The linearity of viper venom in the range from 0. 5ug/mL to 100ug/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0. 962 was obtained. Thus the immunosensor has good selectivity in the range .
