Development and status of the dynamic mechanism research on obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

摘要 以阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停为主要特征的呼吸道疾病已经成为全球人口老龄化所面临的主要问题之一。在介绍人体呼吸系统解剖学及生理学特点基础上,通过分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征主要发病机制,认为其中的力学因素也起重要的决定作用,进而报道了阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征力学机制研究现状及其进展,最后对未来的研究进行了设想。 The respiratory distress is one of the main issues with population aging in the world, which is characterized by obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Based on the presentations of anatomy and physiology in human respiration system, the main pathogenesis of OSAS is analyzed, in which dynamic mechanism plays an important role, and the development and status of dynamic mechanism research on OSAS are reviewed. Finally, some intending researches are suggested.
