摘要
介绍以焦化苯酚为原料,采用Reimer-Tiemann(R-T)法合成邻羟基苯甲醛的工艺路线,考察了溶剂和相转移催化剂对反应的影响,并筛选出了适宜的工艺条件,以保证产品收率大于50%。
The process route for synthesizing o-hydroxy benzaldehyde by Reimer-Tiemann process from the coking phenol is described. The effluents of solvent and phase transfer catalyst on reaction are investigated. The suitable process conditions are selected to guarantee over 50% of product yield.
