扩张型心肌病患者血浆B型钠尿肽及N终端脑钠肽的动态变化及其临床意义 被引量：12

摘要 扩张型心肌病（DCM）是以左心室或双心室扩张伴收缩功能受损为特征，充血性心力衰竭（CHF）为主要临床表现，呈进行性加重。心衰时血浆B型钠尿肽（BNP）水平升高旧，但在DCM中的变化鲜有报告。本文旨在探讨DCM患者血浆B型钠尿肽水平、N终端脑钠肽（NT—proBNP）及变化规律及其临床意义。
