摘要 在火电厂逆流式自然通风冷却塔的热力性能验收试验以及大修前、后的常规热力试验中,由于测试工况数目较多,原始数据处理的工作量大,稍有不慎,就会出现错误;同时为了分析结果,往往将模拟塔或其它电厂的相同型号的冷却塔与当前的试验塔进行对比评价。通过开发热力性能评价软件,实现:快速准确地计算出冷却塔的热力特性,将模拟塔和试验塔的热力特性曲线以及任务线绘制在双对数坐标图上,并对计算结果进行评价。 There are many problems in the natural draft counterflow cooling tower thermal performance tests and the routine tests. This paper gave the solutions to these problems by applying the method presented. With this method, thermal performance equations of the testing cooling tower can be obtained accurately and quickly, meanwhile, the task curve and the thermal performance curves of both the testing cooling tower and the simulative one were drawn automatically in the double-logarithm coordinates, and the calculated results were evaluated at last. This method has been proved to be accurate, convenient and quick in practical application.
