微波辅助竹浆漂白的探讨

Study on the Microwave Assistant Bleaching of Bamboo Pulp

摘要 首先用正交实验法探讨了在微波辐射下竹浆次氯酸钠单段漂白的最佳工艺条件,然后在同样的工艺条件下进行水浴加热漂白。结果表明,微波辐射用于竹浆次氯酸钠漂白的最佳工艺条件为:微波辐射功率480W,辐射时间2min,次氯酸钠用量9%,氢氧化钠用量1%,浆料浓度12%。在此条件下纸浆白度可达72.9%ISO;而在相同条件下,传统水浴加热则需要90min才能达到此白度。因此,微波辐射竹浆漂白可以提高生产效率、节约能源和减少环境污染。 Sodium hypochlorite bleaching conditions of kraft bamboo pulp in the microwave irradiation were discussed by orthogonal experiment. Then, the bath bleaching was carried under the similar technological conditions. The results show that the optimal bleaching condition of kraft bamboo pulp is: Microwave radiation power 480W, time 2 min, sodium hypochlorite dosage 9%, sodium hydroxide dosage 1%, pulp concentration 12%. In the condition, the bamboo pulp brightness can reach 72.9%ISO, whereas the same effect can be achieved with 90 minutes in water bath. Therefore, the microwave irradiation assisted bleaching may enhance the production efficiency, save energy and protect the environment.
