摘要
以张家港市凤凰镇程墩村的住宅需求调查为基础,阐述新时期农村居民在住宅需求上的变化。旨在提倡规划设计过程中增强村民的参与,真正体现"以人为本"的设计理念。
Based on investigation of the housing requirements in Chengdun Village, Fenghuang Town of Zhangjiagang, this paper expounds the change of housing requirements of rural inhabitants in new times. It aims at enlarging villagers＇ participation in course of planning and design for truly realizing design concept of＂people priority＂.
