3D-MSCTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨3D-MSCTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床应用价值。方法利用16层螺旋CT对25例临床怀疑颅内动脉瘤患者行三维血管成像,常规采用VR技术,并以MIP和MPR为辅助成像方法。结果25例共发现28个颅内动脉瘤,22例为单发,3例为多发(2个)。3D-MSCTA所见病灶与手术结果或DSA所见相吻合。结论3D-MSCTA能清楚显示颅内动脉瘤的形态特征和周围解剖关系,且具有安全、快捷、无创等特点,可作为诊断颅内动脉瘤的首选检查方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical usefulness of three dimensional muhi-slice CT angiography (3 D-MSCTA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. Methods Twenty-five patients with clinically suspected intracranial aneurysm were evaluated by 3 D- MSCTA with 16 slice-spiral CT. VR was used as routine imaging reconstructional methods for 3 D-MSCTA, the additional reconstructional methods included MIP and MPR. Results In the 25 cases, 28 aneurysms were detected by 3 D-MSCTA, three cases had multiple (n=2) and the others had solitary aneurysm, the findings of aneurysms on 3 D-MSCT were corresponded well to those of operation and DSA. Conclusion As a safe,quick and noninvasive method, 3 D-MSCTA can be used as first choice for diagnosing intracranial aneurysms, the feature of intracranial aneurysms and the relationship between the lesions and surrounding structures can be clearly displayed on 3 D-MSCTA.
