摘要
目的评价空气灌肠整复术对小儿肠套叠诊治的效果。方法应用GB-201型自动遥控灌肠器对70例临床怀疑肠套叠患儿于临床症状出现24～48h内进行肠套叠整复术。结果整复成功63例,失败7例。结论空气灌肠是诊治小儿肠套叠最可靠的方法,具有疗程短、创伤小、成功率高等多方面的优势。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of air-enema for diagnosing and treating the pediatric intussusception.Methods Seventy pediatric patients with clinically suspected intussusception underwent the restitution operation of air-enema within 24---48hours after onset of clinical symptoms. All the procedures were performed by using GB 201 type automatic remote-control enemator.Results Among 70 cases,the successful restitutions were found in 63（90%） cases,failure in 7（10%） cases. Conclusion Air-enema is a most reliable means for diagnosing and treating the pediatric intussusception and it has many advantages such as short course of treatment, less trauma, and highly successful rate.
