左肝管腺瘤1例影像表现

One case:imaging findings of left hepatic duct adenoma
摘要
患者，女，60岁。因黄疸伴恶心呕吐1周入院，无腹痛、畏寒、发热等症状，25a前因胆囊结石行胆囊切除术。查体：皮肤巩膜轻度黄染，余无阳性体征。乙肝两对半（－），TB 72．1 μmol／L，DB 503 μmol／L，ALT 75．5 U/L ，AST 38 U／L，ALP 138 U／L，GGT 171 U／L，CEA 3．41 μg／L，AFP（-），血常规正常。超声波检查：左肝管囊状扩张，其内充满不规则实性组织回声，大小25cm×3．2cm×3．3cm。
