FSCN1蛋白在人上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

Fascin expression in human epithelial tumors and its clinical significance

目的探讨FSCN1蛋白在上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测303例人类上皮性肿瘤组织标本及80例相应正常组织标本中FSCN1蛋白的表达,303例上皮性肿瘤包括26例肺癌、33例宫颈癌、22例卵巢癌、38例食管癌、24例胰腺癌、23例胃癌、29例喉癌、17例原发性肝癌、34例大肠癌、33例乳腺癌、24例鼻咽癌。结果FSCN1蛋白在上皮组织中表达阳性率为6.3%(5/80),在上皮性肿瘤中表达阳性率为58.7%(178/303),在上述11种上皮性肿瘤中,FSCN1在宫颈癌、卵巢癌、食管癌、胰腺癌、胃癌、喉癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌及鼻咽癌中的表达明显高于其相应的正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在胃癌和鼻咽癌中,肿瘤侵袭的边缘明显强于肿瘤内部的表达。结论FSCN1蛋白在上皮来源性肿瘤中表达明显上调,FSCN1可能与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of FSCNI in human epithelial tumors and their clinical significance. Methods FSCNI expression was examined immunohistochemicaUy in specimens of human epithelial tumors, including 26 cases of lung cancer, 33 cervical cancer, 22 ovarian caner, 38 esophageal caner, 24 pancreatic cancer, 23 gastric cancer, 29 laryngocarcinoma, 17 primary hepatoceUular carcinoma, 34 colorectal cancer, 33 breast cancer, 24 nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their corresponding normal tissues, Results The positivity rates of FSCNI expression in epithelial tissues and epithelial tumors were 6.3% （5/80） and 58.7% （178/303）, respectively. FSCNI showed higher expressions in cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, laryngocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, breast cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma, but lower or no expression in the corresponding normal tissues （P〈0.05）, In gastric cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the edges of the tumors were more strongly stained for FSCNI than the interior of the tumor. Conclusion FSCNI expression is significantly upregnlated in human epithelial tumors in close correlation with tumor occurrence and progression.
