子宫腺肌病组织中Bcl-2、E2F-1蛋白的表达及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2、转录因子E2F-1在子宫腺肌病发生发展中的作用。方法用免疫组化技术(SP法)检测58例子宫腺肌病组织和30例正常子宫内膜组织中Bcl-2、E2F-1蛋白的表达情况。结果子宫腺肌病组织中Bcl-2、E2F-1蛋白的表达较正常子宫内膜组织均明显增加,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。异位内膜组与在位内膜组间Bcl-2、E2F-1的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫腺肌病组织中Bcl-2和E2F-1的过度表达与异位内膜组织的过度增生有关,提示Bcl-2和E2F-1参与了子宫腺肌病的发生发展。 Objective To study the expression of Bcl - 2 and E2F - 1 in human adenomyosis and to explore the correlation between the expression and pathogenesis of human adenomyosis. Methods Immunohistoehemieal S - P method was employed to detect the expression of Bcl - 2 and E2F - 1 in 58 specimens of ectopic endometrium, eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis and 30 specimens of normal endometrium, Results The expression of Bcl - 2 and E2F - 1 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of adenomyosis were significantly higher than those of normal endometrium (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The abnormal expression of Bcl - 2 and E2F - 1 might be correlated with the pathogenesis of human adenomyosis.
