摘要
目的探讨表面涂附不同纳米材料对钛-瓷结合强度的影响,为临床应用提供依据。方法应用医用钛(TA2)为原料,表明涂附纳米SiO2、纳米金介质、纳米钯介质,以对照组作为参考;采用扫描电子显微镜及电子探针检测界面形貌及元素扩散情况,并采用电子万能测试机检测其结合强度变化。结果在TA2表面涂附纳米SiO2可以显著提高上瓷后的钛-瓷结合强度,涂附纳米金介质也可以提高其结合强度,但涂附纳米钯介质无作用。结论在制作钛瓷合件前,表面涂附纳米SiO2能提高钛瓷结合强度,可以作为临床应用。
Objective This study was made to observe the effect of different surface treatment pure titanium on bond strengt of pure titanium and porcelain, and find the mechanism as basisi of clinic use. Methods Dental pure titanium(TA2) was choosen as material, before applied for porcelain the rest groups were treat as followings:the metal substrate surface was smeared with Nano - scale material (nano- SiO2, nano- gold and nano-palladium particles), compared with control group , and find the change of bond strengt. The change of bond strengt in the Ti - porcelain interface area were observed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA) respectively. Results Before applied for porcelain, the metal substrate surface was smeared with nano - SiO2 and nano -gold particles,we acquired a positive effect to increase the bonding strength,while using nano -palladium particles has a negativee fleet. Conclusion The bonding strength was enhanced when the metal substrate surface was smeared with nano - SiO2 before applied for porcelain,so we adviced that it should be used in practice as a try.
