骨髓输注联合共刺激阻断诱导免疫耐受的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 诱导移植器官受者特异性免疫耐受是解决目前长期使用免疫抑制剂带来的一系列不良反应及其对移植器官慢性排斥反应最终的手段。骨髓输注诱导嵌合体的形成和共刺激信号的阻断,是目前诱导免疫耐受最为看好的途径。现就骨髓输注与共刺激信号阻断诱导免疫耐受形成的机制、策略和临床应用进行综述。 Organ transplantation is the optimal treatment for patients with an end-stage organ disease. The induction of donor-specific tolerance is necessitatd because of severe side-effects of immunosuppression and chronic rejection of the transplanted organ that defy management. Bone marrow infusion and costimulatory blockade are considered to be the most effective strategies to induce immune tolerance. This review briefly discusses the mechanism and clinical application of immune tolerance induced by bone marrow infusion combined with costimulatory blockade.
