摘要
阐述了“一市三县”（清镇市、开阳县、息烽县、修文县）划归贵阳市管辖后，贵阳市的磷资源现状、磷化工生产现状以及“九五”发展思路，指出了目前贵阳市磷化工生产中存在的问题，提出了发展对策措施和建议。
Based on the current situation of phosphorus resource and phosphate chemical production as well as the tentative plan in the Nineth Five-year Plan, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
