摘要
目的评价羊膜移植治疗眼表疾病的临床疗效和具体手术技巧.方法用冷冻干燥羊膜治疗眼表疾病44例56眼;其中复发性蚕蚀性角膜溃疡12例(12眼),翼状胬肉18例(30眼),角结膜肿瘤6例(6眼),碱烧伤8例(8眼).结果随访6～24个月,复发性蚕蚀性角膜溃疡有效率91.67%,翼状胬肉有效率90.00%,角结膜肿瘤有效率83.33%,碱烧伤有效率87.50%.结论羊膜移植可有效地用于眼表疾病的治疗,对重建眼表功能具有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and the operation skill of amniotie membrane transplantation in the treatment of exterior ocular diseases. Methods Forty - four cases （56 eyes） of amniotic membrane for the treatment of exterior ocular diseases, which include 12 cases （12 eyes） of recurrent Mooren ulcer, 18cases （30eyes） ofpterygium, 6cases （6eyes） of tumors of cornea and conjunctive, 8cases （8 eyes） in ocular alkali bums. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 24 months, 12 eyes （91.67%） of recurrent Mooren ulcer, 30 eyes （90%） of pterygium, 6 eyes （83.33%） of tumors of cornea and conjunctive, 8 eyes （87.50%） of ocular alkali bums. Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantation is a very effective method for the treating of exterior ocular diseases, amniotic membrane graft is a crucial step in the reconstruction of ocular surface.
