微泡超声造影在乳腺癌诊断治疗中的研究进展

Research Development of Ultrasound Contrast Agent in Diagnosis and Therapeutic of Breast Cancer

乳腺癌是常见恶性肿瘤,把微泡用于乳腺癌诊断及治疗是新的研究目标.诊断方面,可把微泡用来显示肿瘤新生血管,还可用于显示淋巴系统;治疗方面,可把微泡用来携载抗癌药,超声照射下肿瘤局部释放药物;还可运用低能量超声联合微泡,利用超声空化栓塞肿瘤血管以治疗肿瘤.

Breast cancer is a malignant tumour. It is a novel object for these ultrasonic microbubbles used in diagnosis and therapeutic of breast cancer. In diagnosis, the tumor angiogenesis and lymphtic system could be displayed with it. In tumor therapeutic, ultrasound contrast agent could be used as a drug delivered carrier. Additionally, lower energy ultrasound could embolized tumor angiogenesis associate with it after cavitation.
