摘要 FADD是细胞凋亡信号传递的连接蛋白,在多种死亡受体诱导的细胞凋亡信号传导通路中起着桥梁作用.FADD是一些死亡受体如Fas、TNFR1、DR3、DR4、DR5和p75NTR介导凋亡的必需蛋白.FADD的表达缺失在肝细胞功能的调节以及肝癌的发生中扮演了重要的角色. FADD is the ligandin of signal transmission in the process of apoptosis, and it plays a role as a bridge in multiple death receptor-induced apoptotic pathway of signal conduction. FADD is the indispensable protein by which the process of apoptosis can be mediated by some death receptors such as Fas, TNFR1, DR3, DR4, DR5 and p75NTR. The Deletion of expression of FADD plays an important role in the regulation of hepatocyte function and in the process of hepatocarcinogenesis.
