摘要
西地那非是一种选择性的磷酸二酯酶5抑制剂,通过增加肺血管中环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的浓度使内源性的NO增多,从而起到扩张血管的作用.以往被广泛用于治疗男性性功能障碍,近年来有研究报道它还可以用于治疗肺动脉高压.本文就西地那非治疗肺动脉高压的研究进展作一综述.
Sildenafil is a selective phosphodiestersase-5 （PDE-5） inhibitor which through inhibiting of the breakdown of cGMP to enhance the production of endogenous NO. sildenafil is predominantly used in the treatment of erectiledys function. Recent studies have shown that sildenafil can depress pulmonary arterial hypertension. The following review discussed the advancement of sildenafil in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension.
