针对妊娠期糖尿病发病机制对胎儿发长生育的影响,超声影像学通过对胎儿骨性结构、腹围、血管各项参数的测量,为其围产儿及其并发症提供了一个简便、有效、无创的方法.
To assess the influence of fetal growth in gestational diabetes mellitus, ultrasound provide a convenient, valid, woundedless method by measuring the fetal parameters of osseous structure, fetal abdommiar circumferencl, fetal blood vessel to observe its main complication - fetal macrosomia and fetal growth restriction
