摘要
随着近年来卵巢移植术研究的开展,卵巢体外培养技术有了一定的进步.通过卵巢组织体外培养可以降低移植卵巢的免疫活性,同时开发利用卵巢中的原始卵泡可为保存女性生殖功能提供另一选择.就卵巢组织体外成熟培养中添加的不同激素及生长因子作一综述.
In recent years, with the development of ovarian tissue transplantation, in vitro culture techniques of ovarian have made a certain progress. By these techniques, we can not only low the immunity activity, but also provide another choice for female fertility preservation. This paper reviewed impact of various endocrine and paracrine factors on in vitro culture of ovarian tissues.
