摘要 狼疮性肾炎(LN)是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者最严重的并发症和死亡的主要原因之一,几乎所有SLE患者在病程中均可出现肾脏损伤,达到一定程度可诊断为LN.狼疮性肾炎的病理分型是临床诊治及预后判断的基础.狼疮性肾炎的治疗策略与进展更是建立在不断累积的循证医学证据之上.就近年来LN的诊断和治疗相关研究作一综述. Lupus nephritis （LN） is the most serious complication and chief death causation among SLE patients. Nearly all SLE patients have kidney injuries, and some of them are diagnosed to be LN. The histological classification of lupus nephritis is the basis of clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation. The therapeutic strategy and progress for patients with lupus nephritis have based on the accumulative evidences of the medicine.
