预防接种活动具有国家强制性的特点,而且处理程序和适用法律具有特殊性,探讨由此带来的诸多法律上的问题.
Vaccination is provided with characteristic of country constraint. Disposal process and laws are special. The motif of the article is to discuss the problems of law in vaccinate dissension.
