摘要
研究了粒子穿越一维方势阱时相位时间的特性,发现当入射粒子能量和一维方势阱宽度满足特定的条件时,相位时间总为负值.
This article studies phase time for particles passing through a potential well and finds that the phase time of particles passing through a potential well is the periodical resonance transmission and always negative when the energy of incident particles and the thickness of potential well satisfy certain conditions.
