摘要
将经典的金属钛/酒石酸酯催化体系用于R基-3-吡啶基硫醚的不对称氧化,考察了反应温度、水的比例、氧化剂的用量和体系浓度对产物对于立体选择性的影响,发现最佳反应条件为温度为-23±2℃,水为1个当量,氧化剂为2.2个当量,体系浓度为0.15mol/L.它对不同取代基的底物具有一般到较高的对映立体选择性.
The catalyst system of Ti/Tartarate is applied to the asymmetric oxidation of R-3-Pyridyl sulfides, Through investigation of the reaction temperature, the percentage of water and the influence of oxidant, system concentration on the enantioselectivity of the product, the reaction conditions are optimized. As the reaction temperature is -23±2℃, the percentage of water and oxidant are 1 and 2.2 equivalent separately, and the concentration is 0.15mol/L, the best result is obtained, This catalyst displays moderate to good enantioselectivity for substrates with different substituent group.
