Fast Face Detection Algorithm Based On Adaboost in Video

摘要 使用Haar型特征设计不同尺度弱分类器形式,采用Adaboost算法学习建立瀑布型人脸检测器。并针对视频人脸检测中,人脸旋转导致检测失败的现象,使用CAMSHIFT算法进行人脸跟踪,缩小检测范围,提高算法速度。试验结果表明,所提出的算法有更好的鲁棒性和更快的检测速度。 A novel Adaboost algorithm based video face detect method is developed. To reduce the influence of face rotation in video face detection, we introduce CAMSHIFT algorithm to trace and predict face region, experimental results show that the algorithm improves both speed and stability of face detection.
