Prevention and Treatment of Pile-broken Accident of Bored Grouting Pile With Mud Dado

钻孔灌注桩是建筑业广泛应用的一种基础形式,但由于钻孔灌注桩的施工大部分是在地面以下进行,又是最容易出现质量问题的一种基础形式,笔者阐述了泥浆护壁成孔灌注桩水下浇注混凝土的技术要点,对断桩事故的原因进行了分析,并提出相应的预防措施,总结归纳出引起的不同原因,以及不同位置出现的断桩处理方法.

Drilled grouting pile is one of the widely used types of the foundation in building industry. But the construction of bored piles of most is underground. So the quality problem is always occurred in this foundation form. The author explains the main points of construction technology of underwater concrete for casting of bored grouting pile with mud dado. The reason for causing pile - broken accident was analyzed. Treatment methods of the changes of pile- broken accident for different reason and different location are presented.
