摘要
在现代信息技术环境下,图书馆读者服务工作面新的挑战,高校图书馆应关注读者需求、丰富馆藏资源、开展"称心""放心""欢心"服务、把图书馆建成学生社会实践基地;坚持"以人为本"、强化馆员主动服务意识、不断提升馆员的服务能力。
To take the challenges of the modem IT environment and to meet the need of the users, a number of user - friendly initiatives have been taken in the library. However, tasks remain as to the ways to adhere to the principle of " putting clients first" and strengthen our service awareness and eventually to raise the service quality for the benefits of our students.
