摘要
通过浸泡腐蚀试验和电化学试验研究了不同热处理制度对铸造Al-Si-Mg合金在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对各合金浸泡腐蚀后的形貌进行观察与分析,并从组织上解释了热处理制度对铸造Al-Si-Mg合金腐蚀性能影响。通过对合金在铸态、固溶态、时效态下的腐蚀性能的研究表明,固溶态下合金腐蚀电流密度Icorr最小,耐腐蚀性能最好,铸态次之,峰时效态最差。
Effects of heat treatment on corrosion behavior of cast Al-Si-Mg alloy in NaCl solution were examined by immersion testing and electro-chemical analysis.The microstructure of the immersed alloy was observed by OM(optical microscope)and SEM(scanning electron microscope).Effect of heat treatment on corrosion behavior of the alloy was approached.The results show that the lowest corrosion current density in solution treated alloy can be obtained,showing the best corrosion resistant behavior,and then as-cast alloy,next then peak aging alloy.
