摘要
概要讨论了各种挤压铸造条件下,铝合金等挤压铸件的缺陷(如:缩松、缩孔、夹渣、冷隔、浇不足、偏析及裂纹等)形成机制、特征、影响因素及防止办法等。
In this paper, the defects of aluminum alloy casting by squeeze-casting ware discussed. The defects include shrinkage,entrapped slay, cold lap, misrun, segregation, and crack etc, they were formed in different squeeze-casting conditions. The mechanism and character and effect factors and avoidance ways were introduced.
