汽车发动机镁合金缸盖罩充型及凝固模拟

摘要 运用JSCAST软件,模拟AZ91D镁合金汽车发动机缸盖罩液态压铸充填过程及凝固过程,通过分析充型过程以及凝固过程的模拟结果进行浇注系统的优化设计,按照优化后的浇注系统再次进行充型与凝固模拟验证,对其产生的缺陷进行分析,进一步优化工艺参数。经分析验证证明:所设计的浇道及溢流槽、排气槽合理,整个充填过程平稳。 The filling and solidification process of AZ91D magnesium alloy automobile engine cylinder cover were simulated utilizing JSCAST software. The gating system was optimized and validated through the analysis of simulated results, followed by secondary simulation of filling and solidification according to the forward optimized simulation results, and the defects produced were analyzed as well. It is proved that the designed gating, overflow well and air vent are reasonable, which can stabilize the whole filling process.
