摘要 真空电弧炉是熔炼难熔合金和活性金属的重要设备,对许多工业领域的特种材料的制备起着重要的作用。本文详细介绍了国内外真空电弧炉的发展状况、真空电弧炉的结构及熔炼特点,并对其中的VAR和VADER两种炉型设计和技术特点进行了比较,提出了在改善电弧电效率、强化供氧技术、智能控制(专家系统)技术等几个方面发展趋势。 Vacuum arc furnace is an important equipment for melting refractory alloys and active metals, which plays an important role in the preparation of special materials. The progress, structure melting characteristics of vacuum arc furnace were introduced. Based on the comparison of VAR furnace design and technology characteristics with those of VADER furnace, the developing tendency is proposed for Vacuum arc furnace to improve FAF power input technology, oxygen input technology and FAF intelligent control technology (expert system).
