摘要 植物药用于疾病治疗和保健的历史悠久。近年来,随着植物药与化学药联合应用的增多,二者相互作用和不良反应的报道逐渐增多。已知植物药中多种成分是P-糖蛋白和细胞色素P450的底物,同时也可诱导或抑制二者活性,是导致植物药-化学药相互作用的重要原因之一。本文就植物药-化学药药代动力学相互作用及可能机制进行综述。 Herbal therapies have been used as remedies of a variety of ailments for thousands of years. According to the recent investigations, the world has witnessed a drastic growth in the combination use of herbal products and chemical drugs. Such coadministration raises concerns of therapeutic activity due to possible botanical medicines-chemical drugs interactions. Studies indicate that some herbal active constituents are substrates of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) or eytochrome P450 (CYP450) and act as inhibitors or inducers of P- gp or CYP450. Medicinal agents which are involved in P-gp-mediated efflux and/or CYP-mediated metabolism are likely to be potential candidates for botanical medicines-chemical drugs interactions. The pharmacokinetic interactions and possible mechanisms of botanical medicines-chemical drugs interactions have been discussed in this review.
