心率震荡与动脉硬化的关系研究

摘要 目的研究心率震荡的差异与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系,以期应用心率震荡反映动脉硬化的程度。方法选择50例男性室性早搏患者,进行动态心电图和颈动脉超声检查,根据心率震荡情况分为心率震荡正常组和异常组,对比分析两组间的颈动脉内膜厚度和颈动脉窦内膜上粥样硬化斑块的差异,颈动脉间和颈内动脉间的动脉阻力指数的差异。结果两组间的颈动脉内膜厚度在统计学上有明显差异(P<0.01),两组间的颈动脉窦内膜上存在的动脉硬化斑块在统计学上有明显差异(P<0.01),以及颈动脉间和颈内动脉间的动脉阻力指数在统计学上有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论心率震荡可以反映动脉硬化的程度。 Objective To study the relationship between the difference of heart rate turbulence and cervical arterial arteriosclerosis, to suppose that the heart rate turbulence may reflect the arterial arteriosclerosis. Methods Completing the holter monitoring electrocardiogram and ultralsound examinasion in 50 male eases with ventricular beats, dividing the normal and abnormal heart rate turbulence groups. Results Comparing the difference of the cervical arterial inner layer thickness, the difference in the arteriosclerosis plaques of the cervical arterial sinus and the difference of resistance index of cervical artery between the two groups. There was difference in the cervical arterial inner layer thickness, the arterial arteriosclerosis plaques in the cervical sinus and the resistance index of cervical artery between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The heart rate turbulence may reflect the arterial arteriosclerosis degree.
