A study on the Performance of Technology Alliances Among Industry, University and Research Institute in National High-tech Area

在整合资源依附理论和交易成本理论的基础上,建立了分析高新技术领域产学研技术联盟绩效的理论模型,分析了资源特性、资源匹配程度、资产专用性和不确定性对联盟绩效的影响,通过生物制药领域的技术联盟案例进行了验证。

This paper integrates resource-based theory and transaction cost theory,and constructs a theory model to analyze the performance of technology alliances among industry, university and research institute in China＇s high-tech area. The effect of resource attribute, the degree of resource match, asset specificity and uncertainty on the performance of technology alliances is studied, and is further tested through a technology alliances case in biological drugs area.
