摘要
在竞争日趋激烈的环境下,,企业的核心能力逐渐表现为对市场的快速反应、灵活的运作以及自我创新能力。基于合拢管理思想,提出了基于快速反应能力的单元组织结构模型,分析了其运作模式,同时提出了今后的研究方向。
In the time-based competition environment ,the key competence of enterprises has changed to be quick response to the market, agility operation, and self innovation.Based on the conception of ＂holonic management＂, this paper puts forward the model of cell organization, and analyzes its operation pattern.Finally,future research direction has been discussed.
