Research on the Impact of the Entrepreneurial Character to Entrepreneurial Activity

创业活动是经济活力的重要源泉,创业者是创业活动中最为重要的因素。以2007年中国城市创业观察问卷调查为基础,运用频次分析法和交叉分析法研究性别等创业者个性特征对创业活动的影响。创业者是创业活动的重要影响因素之一,创业者的个性特征对创业活动的影响贯穿创业活动的全过程,并且是创业初期最为重要的因素之一。

Entrepreneur is an important factor of Entrepreneurial Activity, which is the source of economy. Based on the questionnaire of China City Entrepreneurship Monitor 2007 in Hefei, this paper analyzes the impact of the entrepreneurial character to an enterprise. The influence of the entrepreneurial personality on entrepreneurial activity penetrates the whole course, which is more important in the early-stage entrepreneurial activity.
