摘要
中国企业在目前全球一体化的竞争环境里必须进行不断的创新,才能获得更好的生存与发展空间,才能从中国制造转变为中国创造。遗憾的是目前国内对新产品开发加速方法的研究还很欠缺。对国外加速新产品开发方法的研究文献进行了回顾和总结,在阐述加速新产品开发意义的基础上,从组织、技术和流程等方面详细分析了加速新产品开发的方法,并提出将来的发展方向。
In the globalization market full of fierce competition, modern enterprise must innovate continuously, and then get surviving and developing. Here based on the meaning of accelerating new product development, the methods of it are analyzed in detail from organization, technique and process aspects respectively. Reference is hoped for the modern enterprise.
