摘要
绿色供应链是工业经济发展的趋势之一,而绩效评价是供应链管理的关键环节。通过对绿色供应链含义的分析,在传统供应链绩效指标的基础上,结合环境管理ISO14000系列标准,设计了绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系。最后设计了算例,运用有效决策单元的DEA方法对绿色供应链进行了综合评价,为绿色供应链系统的管理决策提供了新的理论依据。
Green supply chain was one of the trends of industrial economics development,and performance evaluation was the key to the supply chain management. By analysis the connotation of green supply chain firstly, according to the ISO14000 of the environmental management designed the performance evaluation index system. At last,a practical case was computed to evaluate the green supply chain applying the effective DEA method for ranking decision making units, giving a new method to the decision of green supply chain management.
