SWOT Analysis of World Cultural Heritage Declaration of Luwang Tomb

通过对潞王陵申报世界文化遗产进行了SWOT分析,为促进潞王陵遗产的保护与开发提供依据。采用SWOT方法分析了潞王陵旅游保护与开发的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,并以此为依据指导申遗的保护与开发。潞王陵的申遗潜力巨大,具有诸多优势,面临着良好的机遇,但是也需要克服自身的不足。在范围上划定保护区域而不是保护单个建筑群,在环境上注重生态恢复和设施建设,在景观上遵循"修旧如旧"的原则,管理上高效一致,促进遗产地的可持续发展并使其发挥遗产保护、文化教育、经济增收等诸项功能,更好地为公众服务。

Through the SWOT analysis af the Luwang Tomb,the basis was provided for the protection and development of the Luwang Tomb for its declaring the world cultural heritage. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Luwang Tomb were analyzed by using the SWOT method. That served as a basis for the protection and development of the declaring the world cultural heritage. With tremendous potential, Luwang Tomb had many advantages and opportunities in the process of the world cultural heritage declaration, but they also needed to overcome its own inadequate. Through above analysis, this thesis put forward that defining the protection area instead of protecting individual buildings, talcing more attention to the ecological restoration and infrastructure construction, and repairing the original landscape follow their own principles should be adopted; the management should be efficient and agreement,in order to promote the heritage sustainable development to play a heritage protection, culture education,promote the local＇s economy, and played some other functions,and better serve the public.
