自体外周血干细胞移植治疗急性白血病(附1例报告)

Autologous Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation for Acute Leukemia (A report of one case)

报告１例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者在自体骨髓移植后１０个月行自体外周血干细胞移植，干细胞动员用环磷酰胺４ｇ，ＶＰ１６３００ｍｇ及惠尔血３００μｇ×５天，采集循环血量１万ｍｌ，动员前ＣＤ３４＋细胞为０．２９％，动员后为２．８％。应用ＲＰＭＩ－１６４０及ＤＭＳＯ为冷冻保护剂，置－８０°Ｃ保存一个月后，经阿糖胞苷２．０／Ｍ２、环磷酰胺６０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、阿克拉霉素６０ｍｇ共２天预处理后回输。过程顺利，患者自首次化疗后完全缓解至今已１８个月。

A case with acute lymphoblastic leukemia receiving autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation was reported.The patient underwent previously autologous bone marrow transplantation after CR with conventional chemotherapy.Ten months lafer he received cyclophosphamide 4.0g,VP 16 300mg plus Filgrastim 300μg×5d,for mobilization of stem cells.The total blood volume of collection was 10000ml.CD34+ cell before mobilization was 0 29% and 2 8% after.RPMI 1640 and DMSO were used as cryoprotectant and the cells were kept at -80 °C .One month lafer he was conditioned with Ara C 2 0/m 2,CTX 60mg/kg and Aclamycine 60mg x 2 days and the cells were then reinfused smoothly.The patient had been in CR for more then 18 months since he obtained CR after the first chemotherapy.
