摘要 目的:研究低强度超声对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌收缩的影响。方法:利用频率为0.8MHz,声强为2W/cm2的低强度超声辐照大鼠在体子宫10min。采用BL-410生物机能实验系统记录子宫平滑肌的收缩情况。结果:低强度超声辐照下大鼠子宫收缩频率、幅度、张力及子宫活动力均明显高于辐照前(P<0.05)。结论:低强度超声可以诱导大鼠在体子宫平滑肌收缩。 Objective:To study the influence of low intensity ultrasound on the contraction of uterine smooth muscle in rats in vivo. Methods:The uteri in rats in vivo were irradiated by low intensity ultrasound(0.8MHz,2W/cm^2) for 10 min.The contraction frequency and amplitude were recorded with BL-410 biological experimental system. Results:It could be seen that the contraction frequency,amphtude.tension and contraction activity were significantly increased during ultrasonic irradiation(P〈 0.05). Conclusion:Low intensity ultrasound can induce uterine smooth muscle contraction in rats in vivo.
