头颈部癌患者生活质量的研究分析

The research and analysis on the life quality of head-neck carcinoma patients

目的:探讨全喉切除术后,半喉切除术后及鼻咽癌放化疗后患者的生活质量现状。方法:将41例手术或放化疗结束2个月后的头颈部癌患者按疾病分为3组,应用华盛顿医科大学生存质量量表及结合本地区情况制定的问卷进行问卷调查。结果:全喉切除患者,半喉切除患者及鼻咽癌放化疗患者总体生活质量得分分别为:652.083±160.560,768.067±116.749,700.732±1.204。秩和检验结果显示,在娱乐消遣、语言交流及吞咽效能方面,3组具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:总体上说,头颈部癌患者的生活质量相对较高,各组患者降低的生活质量有其自身的特点。这为临床及家庭护理提供了理论依据。

Objective： We undertook this trial to assess the status quo of quality of life（QOL） among patients of total laryngectomy,hemilaryngectomy and nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods：Head-neck carcinoma patients were divided into three groups according to the types of diseases. Using UW-QOL questionnaire and some special questions consistent with local conditions,a survey was conducted in 41 head-neck carcinoma patients more than 2 months after operation or radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results：The scores of total quality of life were 652.083 ± 160.560,768.067 ± 116.749,and 700.732 ± 1.204,there were significant differences among three groups in aspects of recreation, communication and swallowing function（P〈0.05）by way of rank test. Conclusion：Overall,the present data confirm that the total quality of life was relatively higher among the three groups of head-neck carcinoma patients,but the lower part of quality of life was different in three groups. These findings lend support to the clinical nursing and home nursing.
