东莞市东坑镇中小学生龋齿调查

Epidemiological Investigation of Caries Among High and Primary School Students in Dongkeng Town of Dongguan City

目的了解东坑镇中小学生龋齿现状,为制定口腔保健规划提供依据。方法抽取东坑镇3所中小学校2080名学生,按照世界卫生组织(WHO)1986年设计的口腔健康调查方法及诊断标准进行调查。结果东坑镇中小学生乳牙龋患率为33.88%,龋均0.68,充填率为5.54%;恒牙龋患率为21.63%,龋均0.50,充填率为24.78%。结论东坑镇学生龋齿患病率较高,龋齿充填率较低,应加强学生的龋齿防治工作。

Objective To investigate the status of caries among high and primary school students in Dongkeng Town to provide a basis for the formulation of dental health care plan. Methods A total of 2 080 students in three high and primary schools in Dongkeng were sampled. Dental examination was conducted for them based on the ＂WHO Dental Health Imestigation Methed and Diagnostic Standards for Caries＂. Results The incidence rate of primary caries was 33.88% with the filling rate of 5.54% ; The incidence rate of permanent teeth caries was 21.63% with the filling rate of 24. 78%. Conclusion It is concluded that the prevalence rate of caries among students is high but the filling rate is low. The preventive work should be enhanced.
