摘要
目的:探讨LMWH治疗重症急性胰腺炎的机理。方法:建立假手术组(S组)、重症急性胰腺炎组(SAP组)和LMWH治疗组(H组),比较各组死亡率、血清淀粉酶、IL-6、ET和NO水平。结果:H组死亡率、血清淀粉酶、IL-6和ET明显低于SAP组(P<0.001)。H组NO明显高于SAP组(P<0.001)。结论:LMWH可能通过降低内皮素水平,提高NO水平,从而改善胰腺血循环,减少炎症介质的释放,减轻SAP的炎症程度。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods :48 wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham operative group(S group), severe acute pancreatitis group(SAP group) and LMWH therapy group (H group). The serum amylase, IL-6 ,ET, NO were tested. Results:The value of amylase, ET,and IL-6 in SAP group was significantly higher than that in H group (P〈0.001). The value of NO in H group was significantly higher than that in SAP group.Conclusion: LMWH therapy may ameliorate SAP by reducing the level of ET and increasing the level of NO.
