摘要心力衰竭治疗模式经历了强心利尿阶段、血管活性药物改善血液动力学阶段及近年来被公认的神经体液或神经内分泌阶段。β-受体阻滞剂已经成为慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者治疗中拮抗神经内分泌过度激活的干预药物之一。其在CHF患者治疗中具有重要的临床价值。笔者旨在观察倍他乐克治疗CHF的安全性及临床疗效。
