高职生不同群体生活事件、应对方式和自我和谐比较研究 被引量:2

Study on Difference of Life Events,Coping Style,and Self Consistency and Congruence Among Different Groups of Higher Vocational College Students

摘要 目的探讨高职生生活事件、应付方式和自我和谐的现状,为提高其心理健康水平寻求切实可行的角度。方法以青少年生活事件量表、应付方式问卷和自我和谐量表对广东省某高等职业院校学生295人进行团体施测,采用SPSS10.0统计软件对施测结果进行多元方差分析。结果①生活事件:三年制外语专业大二学生的学习压力因子得分最高,而五年制艺术专业大一学生的学习压力因子得分最低;大二学生在人际关系、受惩罚、健康适应和其他事件因子上的得分普遍比大一学生高;②应付方式:大二学生在应付方式中的幻想、退避和合理化这些因子上的得分较大一学生高;大专生较五专生在解决问题因子上的得分高;③自我和谐:五年制外语专业大二学生自我与经验的不和谐因子得分最高,而三年制艺术专业大一学生自我与经验的不和谐因子得分最低;外语专业学生较艺术专业学生在自我的灵活性因子上的得分高。结论预防和缓解高职生的压力,切实维护高职生心理健康刻不容缓。心理健康工作者可以从不同年级、专业和学制高职生的特点出发,有针对性地对高职生进行心理干预。 Objective To explore the current situation of life events, coping style, and self consistency and congruence among higher vocational college students and find a feasible approach to improve their mental health level. Methods A total of 295 students from a higher vocational college in Guangdong were investigated by using Adolescent Self - Rating Life Events Check List ( ASLEC), Coping Style Questionnaire ( CSQ), and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS). Data were analyzed by use of Multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) in SPSS10. 0. Results ①Life Events: On study pressure factor of ASLEC, the sophomores of three-year system who major in foreign language got the highest scores, and the freshmen of five-year system who major in art got the lowest. Sophomores got higher scores than freshmen on interpersonal relationship factor, punishment factor, health adaptation factor, and other events factor of ASLEC. ②Coping Style: Sophomores got higher scores than freshmen on fantasy factor, wince factor and rationalization factor of CSQ.Students of three-year system got higher scores than those of five-year system on trouble solving factor. ③ sistency and Congruence: On self-disharmony SCCS, the sophomores of five-year system who Self Confactor of major in foreign language got the highest scores and the freshmen of three-year system who major in art got the lowest. The students who major in foreign languages factor of SCCS. Conclusion There is no time got higher scores than those who major in art on self-flexibility to delay the prevention and alleviation of higher vocational college students' pressure and the pressingly vindication of their mental health. Mental health workers may pay attention to the psychological intervention of higher vocational college students with pertinence from the characters of different grades, different specialties, and different educational systems.
