1997-2006年玉溪市肺结核病发现状况与转归分析

Analysis on Case-finding and Treatment Outcome of Pulmonary Tuberculososis in Yuxi City From 1997 to 2006

目的分析玉溪市肺结核病发现与治疗转归情况,为结核病防治提供技术政策依据。方法根据玉溪市1997-2006年结核病登记报表进行病例的发现及治疗转归队列分析。结果10年全市共新登记涂阳肺结核病患者6 592例。涂阳病例占活动性肺结核病患者的比例从1997年的31.3%提高到2006年的65.0%。涂阳新登记率从1997年9.9/10万上升到2006年26.9/10万。初治涂阳治愈率达93.1%,平均治愈率为83.6%。结论1997-2006年玉溪市肺结核病患者的发现与治疗管理水平不断提高,取得了显著成效。

Objective To analyze case-finding and treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis in Yuxi City, and provid the base for policy maker of TB control. Methods Registered cases and their treatment outcome of tuberculosis from 1997 to 2006 were analysed. Results From 1997 to 2006, total new smear positive cases were 6 592, the proportion of smear positive cases raised from 31.3 % in 1997 to 65.0% in 2006, and the new registration rate of smear positive cases were raised from 9.9/100 000 in 1997 to 26.9/100 000 in 2006. The cure rate of new positive cases reached 93.1%. Cure rate was raised to 83.6%. Conclusion The level of case-finding and cure management of pulmonary tuberculosis improved in Yuxi City during last 10 years, and achieved significant achievements, due to the modem tuberculosis control strategy.
