技术规范是与社会规范相对的调整人与自然关系的规范的总称,可以依据不同的标准对技术规范进行分类。分类标准有:自然对人的性质和状态、人作用于自然的方式、自然界的基本运动形式、技术规范对行为的态度和要求的强弱程度、技术规范的存在形式等。

Oppositing to social norm, technology norm is the general name of the series of norms of adjusting the relationship between human and nature. It can be divided into different categories according to criteria as follows： the properities and states of nature for humans.the modes humans work on nature, the fundamental forms of natural motion.the attitude of technological norm towards behaviour and the degree of its requirement.the modes of existence of technology norm and so on.
