摘要
本文介绍HF混凝土的研究成果及HF混凝土在工程中的使用情况,说明HF混凝土是影响混凝土抗冲耐磨性能的关键因素,它在大量的室内试验和实际工程应用经验的基础上逐步得到改进、优化和完善,通过原材料选择、配合比的设制和切实可行的施工质量控制等环节的全过程参与和技术支持,使HF混凝土能够经济而有效地解决泥沙磨损问题和高速水流的空蚀破坏问题。十几年应用的历史、上百个成功应用实例是这一技术成果的有力证明。
This paper introduces the result of the test and application of HF concrete. It shows that HF concrete is an improving and perfecting material for resisting cavitation and abrasion. There are many key factors that effect the wear-resisting and cavitation resisting performance of concrete, it is effective with low price to solve high-speed flow cavitation and silt abrasion. HF concrete has been successfully put in use for more than ten years.
